The property was being lived in....of course it could use a refresh which we also agreed to do a deep clean for you....fact of the matter is is that you chose to walk away from our agreement prematurely and ended up having to go about it on your own.

To say I am shocked is an understatement.Finally, when I sought out their tax strategy services, I specifically asked in the informational meeting if I wasn't acting a little prematurely, and if I should wait for my partner and I to be married in 2024 before making this investment, i.e. if tax strategizing would pay for itself in 2023 via significant tax refunds.

If your expert determines otherwise, then maybe you have a case that its a bubble gum/bandaid repair and treat it accordingly asking for a proper repair.

However, if for example, the company did not install or disconnect the washer and dryer correctly (such as leaving a valve on) while water is turned off prematurely, causing damage, what language do you put in the Lease to also hold other parties accountable such as ALE and appliance install company?
