Not sure if anyone is aware of this, but Marco's partner and CFO, Ronald Fossum, was charged with fraud by the SEC fairly recently and barred from participating in any type of similar activity.

It got to the point to where I just could NOT listen to DG/RA - it sounded like 2 buddies in a dark cheap bar with a weird sense of humor making jokes back and forth that only they got.

Then you not only have serving options but options to fill in at the bar which can also be lucrative.

I'm in the Bay Area, houses here cost millions of dollars, so the bar for fix and flip here is quite high.

The half-finished basement was refinished with new carpet and paint, and we added a new bar for hosting.

He needs to be behind bars before he starts his next scam.
