That $3800 a month times now 3 or 4 months is an expensive add on to your vacay.I see 2 options.  1) move the vacay. 2) clean, paint and rent it, remodel later. should take less than a week.

I know by me in RI they now have linen and towel rental services not sure if that is an add on they ask when you book as we don't do Short term summer rentals.
