Rich Hupper , my Chase business cards (as well as a PNC MasterCard and an Amex) do not show up on my personal credit report and any balances have not shown up on my DTI when I've gone for mortgages, but I've read that there are a few cards that might potentially show up.

On my last deal my realtor gave me a $800 Mastercard gift card.

Just saw today the Wells Fargo Bilt Mastercard first card to let you pay rent and earn reward points without the transaction fee usually charged by rental properties.

I use the "Citi Double Cash" Mastercard; it's a flat 2% for all purchases and I have used it for years.
