Rich Hupper , my Chase business cards (as well as a PNC MasterCard and an Amex) do not show up on my personal credit report and any balances have not shown up on my DTI when I've gone for mortgages, but I've read that there are a few cards that might potentially show up.

I think in the '80s we didn't even have debit cards, just cash.I was making about $500 a week, so I did the Bank round-robin thing (see above), deposited a thousand bucks in a CD, got $1000 loan, paid it off in 6 months, then applied for Visa or MasterCard through the bank unsecured.But to get back to bad credit and how to make money in real estate.If you go to buy your commercial banks you're going to need a credit rating with a good FICO.And you are going to need 20% down if it's an investment property or 3% down through FHA programs up to four units.That said, how can you make money with BAD credit?

Eventually it will pull back, and then the real fun will begin with these people that already think things are too hard when travel demand has never been higher.One neat trick for tracking travel beyond Airbnb's own earnings reports (which are such an easy guide to what's happening on the platform it's amazing people don't read them) and AirDNA reports (which dumb it down for all of us, yet people still don't read them and make ridiculous conclusions based on anecdotes instead) is to read the earnings reports of credit card companies like Visa, Amex, Mastercard

For example, they can buy a prepaid Mastercard or Visa (gift card) and pay on-line that way from any library.
