I respectfully disagree with Bill Gulley If the contractor is that hungry he is that hungry for a reason.Most investors are either tire kickers or just do not have the ability or stones to even get the house.

Stone takes a couple weeks to laser measure, wait for production and then install.

Are you looking at this property as a long-term hold, or more of a short-term stepping stone until the rate environment changes?
