I have to agree with Bill mostly, this sounds like a really bad deal for the seller unless they're sitting on no equity whatsoever.

Not having online access at all to your banking accounts, not clicking on links you don't know, using a mailbox address instead of your home address, you know, the usual stuff.Nothing is guaranteed but it will slow down the bad guys. 

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Check that their license that it has no bad marks against them and that the license is active and in good standing 3.

Many new gurus just repost bad information they heard from someone else. 

“Slick” operators may be able to sell investors bad investments, that doesn’t mean they SHOULD.  

Check Google reviews, those are usually pretty telling and it's difficult for vendors to get bad reviews taken down. 

You know - keep doing the same unsuccessful thing, keep getting the same disappointing results - don’t accept advice from anyone who is actually successful and experienced - somehow find the one person least likely to provide competent counsel, pay big $ for bad advice from someone with limited experience and a large bias disguised as a “mentorship”.  

Getting paid 20$/h is not that bad but it's just help you pay your bills and I took a lot of time to save what I have right right.
