If the seller tells you to "go to h$ll" on your offer then you don't waste money on a deal that won't happen.115,000 asking price wanting 7 year financing and buying at 40k with 5k down is a trash offer.Not being brash just telling you if the seller has any sense at all they won't go for such a weak deal.Can you get a contractor to line by line give you an estimate to show the seller their is 50,000 in repairs??
