Doing major construction on your home while living in it is hell - it's months of chaos, mess, and disorder.

Now here is something to think about: Individuals with Avoidant Personality Disorder (APD), characterized by a strong fear of rejection and criticism, and some MBTI personality types like INFJs and INFP, may struggle with criticism, often becoming defensive or dismissive.  

Are they trying to maximize the damage fires cause, so they can blame "Climate Change" for the decisions they make?

Especially, since the current interest rate climate has been historically low for the last few decades.

We’re looking for a warm weather climate, and a market that has strong potential for appreciation in the next 2-3 years.

The “methodology” the guru presents either isn’t all that profitable, isn’t as simple to enact as he suggests, and or works only with certain limits as to economic climate, geographical area, etc.2.

Personally, we do not consider "current economic climates" every state and city can have its own economic climate, not necessarily the same as what we are seeing on national news.
