We, yet again, are setting new ATH for median sales price: Months of supply for everything except all that over median is 1.0 months (when look at ALL price ranges it get's us to 2.1) And to no shock median days on market has yet again collapsed to 11.... 11 days.... much more of this and were gonna have to start measuring via hours on market.....

That's the example of a collapsing Detroit mixed in with other not collapsing MI markets, making the final output incorrectly look as if all MI markets are in trouble, which they were not.

Another example - I had money with Donut -an app where you can invest cash and earn interest in DeFi...well, I was earning anywhere from 5-8% (sounds great, right), until one of their partners got caught up in the FTX collapse and now those funds are frozen and I may or may not get them back.
