Rich,As I had mentioned in PM with you and with TC, the way I would believe it best handled is to have a thread where you can post that you are aware of a BP member who has behaved in ______ (some disgraceful manner); send PM with subject line "more info on BP deadbeat, please" to obtain info.This removes any public flogging, and also removes the "explanations" (read: excuses) that would be posted in reply to any direct airing of such matters.You can see in my sig that I have info on such a BP member (I did not get ripped off, but many lenders did by this member), and that I will share via PM.

That isn't just an accidental "slip" of property screening, that is flat out abysmal and disgraceful performance.

I felt like they are out there to charge me for every little thing, since I enjoy going on vacation and spend time with my family I would like to have a PM in the future or I can hire someone to work for me to take care of the day in and out activities That's a disgrace.
