I mentioned to them that my past experience in selling was via Redfin where the listing fee was 1.5% and asked them to quantify in dollars and cents what is the additional value if they commission is higher.

Yes I'm very confident as the purpose of the build and design is to create a seamless experience with built in amenities from the very beginning instead of cobbling together different things and following the same amenities war.It also adds to the difficulty of getting a normal appraisal in a rural town.Thankfully there are unique structures around me such as geodomes, tents, bus converted to airbnb, unique treehouse types.
