I’ve got around $180K in equity based on recent sales in the same development, and I’m now looking to put that to work and expand into more properties.I spent over a decade as an automotive technician before recently transitioning into the tech industry.

I plan on utilizing wholesaling to get my foot in the door in the industry and to build some foundation for my portfolio.    

The biggest challenge is getting owners to understand this as few actually follow any industry data.One of the risks this will cause is lowering of screening thresholds to fill vacancies. 

This job has exploded my network which should translate well to the real estate industry.       

When people with zero experience get into the industry claiming greatness, ruin people's portfolios, and I have to clean up their mess. 

However, I do think AI will bring very disruptive change to our industry very shortly.

My goal is to learn the industry and expand our portfolio to provide for my family.
