We photocopied everything for the file.I wanted the banks statements, one to prove they had an account, two, I'd know what account to tap for collections, but 3, was to see how they managed money, lots of small ATM cash advances shows poor management in my opinion, not talking about debit card at McDonalds type stuff.

I would make a photocopy of the Ocwen payment coupon that GMAC sends you (I received mine the other day) so that if Ocwen fails to send the coupons you have the account # and mailing address to send checks without the coupon.I've also read to mail payments with return receipt requested, although I don't know if this would work since I think they're sent to a PO box.

Tony, thanks for posting the post it "notice"I am mailing to vacant code violation properties and i think the notice post it could have some good crossover for my postcards.As far as the photocopied yellow letters, I have tried them.
