We did put an offer on a duplex that unfortunately wasn't accepted but will be doing another round of viewings hopefully next month (we live in NY so a quick jaunt down to PA, where I grew up).

Entering the fray fighting the “big boys”. well that takes lots of “people power” and time and expertise in analysis just to have a ticket to the event, bidding against 5 - 10 other probably better financed, better capitalized and more experienced parties.

I have not gone skiing in a few years my last trip was to take my tribe to Copper and for fun I check lift tickets at Vail 300 a day per.. now that is becoming an elitist activity Holly cow. family of 4 1200 just for lift tickets.
