Properties priced and marketed well can still go under contract quickly, but overpricing will cost valuable time and money.

That’s valuable to a buyer because your monthly payment will be way lower than if they got a loan at today’s 7% rates.

There are some great resources and folks here in the forums. 

There’s strong potential here to scale your portfolio while leveraging valuable tax benefits that can enable you to pursue more deals in the future.

I’m trying to get a sense of what small landlords actually find most valuable in these tools.
