Energy Sources Is there potential advantage to changing the configuration of heating or cooling?

If so, who cares about the configuration - the cash buyer can worry about that.

My question is would this configuration pass a city inspection?

I'm looking for feedback and opinions:I have just acquired 2 units that are configured as 3-story townhouses 1500 SF each, in a side by side setup with full basements and private fenced yards and private driveways. 

As @Andrew Syrios mentioned you can get creative with configuration to add more rooms without disrupting the flow of the property too much.  

Flipping REO's is all but dead in my are with the exception of some kind of different configuration of the sell component, be it C4D, out state buyers (yes there screwing people with half cooked numbers) or the local Dodo sale (screwing someone here).

Potential value adds that I look for are the ugliness factor, zoning, land use, building configurations, lot size and anything else that makes sense.

They can also be changed just as easily into two one bedroom apartments, any of these configurations would work well in that area.

Two townhouses together in one building (a very common configuration) is a duplex.

Configure the best strategy so that a person of my choosing (from Argentina too) inherits the LLC easily.
