Hi everyone - in case it helps, I just wanted to give you a heads up that UWM, the biggest wholesale lender, is offering a 61bp incentive for conventional, FHA streamline & VA IRRRLs for W2 borrowers only from now through March 8th in anticipation of its upcoming IPO.  

For those not familiar with an FHA streamline - it's a great refinance option.

They most likely will give you a reduction on fees and the process will be much more streamlined. 

Transparent pricing and financial reports are also important, as is understanding whether their management fees are charged before or after listing fees and taxes are taken out.A good property management company will also look for ways to streamline your guests' experience, such as by recommending smart locks and thermostats that make it easy for guests to access and enjoy your property.

I'd love to streamline the process for such a fast turnover.

Keep in mind that while humans have been buying and selling real estate for thousands of years and so the process should be the most streamlined in existence, it isn't. 

I'm in the process of using VA streamline refinance.

I've never seen a dresser and thought, "What a stylish, thoughtful streamlined piece of useful furniture." 

If many units needed to be rented, it may make sense and the paperwork could be streamlined.

Easy to streamline and love the auto setup features to pay lenders after we set it up ONCE.
