I would think that group homes would be a benefit to neighborhoods, especially when there are disabled adults who would benefit from having a group home.

You have to have one from prior or you are only able to get a 2 students + 1 adult permit.

You can attempt to assure compatibility by interviewing them and taking into consideration your other tenants, but at the end of the day, they're adults and it's up to them to get along.

You have to have skin in the game, if you can walk away what is the incentive to be a responsible adult.

In some states, adult protective services would get involved.
