I know you cant reject someone for having a child but children can cause alot of damage.

Would you rather have a small child in the house and worrying about them drawing all over the walls and ruining the floors and other things or would you take a pet?

I just picked a tenant with a 7 month old child over a 4 year old husky.

Pretty confident about that decision.
