I do not want harm to come to my tenant.

Cloud brokerages only care about their agent count in reality so once you sign on, your access will be in Workplace, so as a new agent without an office, it can feel like a vortex.

I appreciate your comments as it is definitely an area that if you don't now what you are doing can pose more harm than good...

I've been looking into MH investing for quite some time now (amongst other things) and recently I drove to a MHP near my work place.

In general there is no harm in it.

Don't listen to a brokerage pitch, they are all generally the same - our marketing is excellent, we are the leader in the area, look at our website and partnerships - they all have that.Cloud brokerages, in general, are better for independent self-starters, but the con is you will be on Facebook Workplace trying to network and won't have an office to go to.
