Since Asbury is more than just a typical beach town with the amount of restaurants, events, and large music scene it attracts a large amount of year round interest.

I go to a music camp every year where there are no dressers in their modern cabins.

Per IRS rules, any debt instrument must be non-recourse. 

However, the language in the contract states the following:"...the deed or other conveyance document to be delivered at the closing shall be quitclaim or other similar instrument conveying the seller's interest in the property, if any.
