OK, the grammar lesson is over for today.What you can potentiallly lose is any earnest money (deposit) you put up.

I know, as a kid I hated having my grammar corrected, so, sorry for the frustration, but I also learned from corrections. :)

Idk though, maybe i am just stressing a little to much for my age (which is 20), and also please excuse my raw uncut use of grammar, felt like the only way to relate to you all would be to explain as best i could, where i am coming from.

There are a lot of teachers in my family and I tend to notice grammar or spelling errors (usually I notice mine just after I've hit send) so the things that perturbed me about 1st Choice may not be an issue for you.

On forums the normal rules of grammar and spelling get relaxed, but whenever I see "teh" for "the" it just grates on my nerves.

First of all, you´re an aspiring investor, not an inspiring one (yet) - this is not to nitpick your grammar, but you have to know where you are and where you want to go, and the difference between them.
