I feel this is one of the best markets to start off in due to the low cost of entry as well as the fact that Toledo is not as susceptible to the bubbles you can encounter on the coasts or other major metro hot spots.

@Fade AromolaranHate to burst your bubble but if you are soliciting to delinquent borrowers / preforeclosures in Maryland it is illegal.I recall @russell Brazil mention penalties are up to $5,000 per advertisement and 3 years in prison.
