Though having a reliable rent stream outweighs the inconvenience, that is pretty annoying that not everything goes through the PM.  

I found this deceptive and annoying.

I picked the two that annoy me the least.

Understandable but annoying at the same time.

Some common issues I see in this thread that annoy me:1.

I prefer them to pay on the first and it is annoying that they don't but some tenants don't see it as late until there is a penalty.
