What @Russell Brazil is alluding too is that you might want to consider converting it back to a 5/3 to get your loan and if you really want to walk the hairy edge or what may or may not be legal, convert it back to your 4/3+ configuration later.

Ultimately, we did change the configuration of the main hallway and master bath to allow for a "true" master bath (this was a 70s split-level with a very modest master bath originally) which I believed was crucial to getting a higher sale price.

Havent tried any of those Skype configurations but for texting I ask my VAs to include me on all text responses (as a group text) so i can follow alongI don’t use VA companies, I just hire individual VAs - you can post on Upwork & you’ll get a ton of responses.

You'll know it is if the square footage on the assessor records matches the actual/advertised square footage of the home.Is the bedroom and bathroom part of the main house, or are these configured as a separate unit with an entrance from the outside?
