I find that contractors alone in the rehab side of it are usually a little weak in sourcing the deal.

If you were my tenant I would give you your walking papers and let you pay some other landlord chronically late.

I think the go getters and the strong are influenced by the doubt from others, while the weak give in and believe the doubters.

The reason trades are lacking now is because millennials are weak and lazy, and they think a college degree guarantees them a cushy seat in a corner office making a bunch of money.

The reason they're so low is because the Federal Reserve is attempting to stimulate the economy, as the economy is weak (and Corona is not to blame - the economy has been pumped up for years). 

Look at what are your strengths and weaknesses and look for someone who has complimentary skills than you.Good luck!
