If it has so much sun during the day, i prefer not to use dark colors because it fades in time (hopefully you won't own the property by then, but i always want to do renovations in a way that it will last longer for the buyer too).For interior colour, i prefer anything with hues of champagne, it is warmer than white or off white but calmer than yellow.

My best deals are things that look scary/ominous but are really easy fixes- luv garages that are titling, stucco that is bubbling, bathrooms that obviously are guts ect  so less experienced people run away Or create such a big $ buffer that  they aren’t competitive.

The cheep stuff is a pain to install, locking edges break, and does not last.Get the brands that wave water resistance otherwise every spill or pet pee will bubble the seams.WPC products tend to be more rigid and therefore more brittle and easier to break the locking system during installation for take your time if you're using one of these.
