Media City (new home of the BBC) has created a bubble in a very small area.

Even more to the point, I believe that residential property values are poised to fall by large amounts in the near future where I plan to invest (Southern California) because of the existing real estate bubble.

If it has so much sun during the day, i prefer not to use dark colors because it fades in time (hopefully you won't own the property by then, but i always want to do renovations in a way that it will last longer for the buyer too).For interior colour, i prefer anything with hues of champagne, it is warmer than white or off white but calmer than yellow.

Spain had a huge real estate bust as its real estate bubble (much bigger than the US one) deflated during the financial crisis.

My best deals are things that look scary/ominous but are really easy fixes- luv garages that are titling, stucco that is bubbling, bathrooms that obviously are guts ect  so less experienced people run away Or create such a big $ buffer that  they aren’t competitive.  

The cheep stuff is a pain to install, locking edges break, and does not last.Get the brands that wave water resistance otherwise every spill or pet pee will bubble the seams.WPC products tend to be more rigid and therefore more brittle and easier to break the locking system during installation for take your time if you're using one of these.

They use a bottle of water squirt at meter valves look for bubbles I suspect an appliance guy can pull the stove out and tighten it with a wrench....

Is it a spike, a bubble? 

When they don't complete the projects or can't turn around and sell it, the mini-bubble comes back down.

These are houses that working people paid $60k-$80k (or more in the bubble) to buy previously that are now foreclosed on.
