In light of the recent changes to legislation we were optimistic about the process.

Become an expect in your area.. up and coming legislation that will impact real estate market, developments happening because of demand of jobs and housing, new companies setting up shop.. adding value to other investors will be appreciated..Best way to network and be recognized for it

We were already in the process of divesting in the area due to the oversupply of units combined with changing legislation. 

I do believe though if govmit is going to do these they need to pass some mortgage legislation like they did during the GFC.. 

The govt is working on legislation to help those that are hit financially by this.  

I can’t do that but thought the gesture would buy good faith and avoid being taken advantage of should legislation interfere with evictions soon?

Gov passed legislation so these employees can get unemployment without the usual waiting period- so make sure to hold their feet to the fire so to speak.
