Napster was set to revolutionize music, only to be replaced by music streaming services. 

BBQ Fest, Music Fest, etc.

They either don't or can't talk to the people that they're closest with about what they do.Almost like soldiers stepping out of line, reminds me of that Pink Floyd song/music video We Don't Need No Education.Thanks again! 

Some days I can entertain a huge party and I'm hysterical, other days I need to chill to music with my horses.

This also brings me Back to my other Life/Biz Objective Goals, making Movie & Music Films!

  $1200 "stimulus" checks ain't gonna cut it when people can't pay rent or mortgages and the music stops on eviction and foreclosure moratoriums. 

Rather than 'talk radio' or the news droning on in the background, or music i've heard a 1000 times before, I can just put the podcasts on in the background as I work on the house or mow the yard or watch the moon come up at the backyard fire.  

And not a beginner strategy by any means.Being a lender myself and pretty familiar with most states debt instruments..

If you are not then you will see a ~$10k foreclosure sale, a resale less than a year later to an unwitting out of state investor for $50k, and the current attempt to sell it for $58k to get the current poor bastard out of the deal and cover the cost of the sale.Be very wary of becoming the next guy holding the hot potato when the economic music stops...I see rent rates have stopped rising and our local MLS shows an increasing number of days on market so I feel the music is slowing.Hope this helps!

An area like Asheville may not have as large a season difference in rates but maybe there is say an event that drives up rates like a music festival.
