I've been investing since 1997, I worked in title a decade before I opened my own title insurance and escrow company, I personally trained my staff including examiners, developed continuing education courses for real estate agents blah blah blah, Let's say I could toot my own horn.

Nothing really...... its always still a little nerve racking with a little voice in your head "did I pick the best one", but that's about it.

Everyone feels those nerves early on.

Have you thought about telling them they are getting on your nerves, and asking them if they want to find another less conflict filled rooming situation somewhere else, and just letting them out of their leases?

I love long leases and hate that inflation has put an end to them for me.I vet renters extremely well and as I said, it's a high end area and while I really don't have issues with this couple, they are starting to get on my nerves.
