I also some experience installing flooring, kitchen cabinets, and plumbing.

Remodeled the Flooring, Tile Work, Cabinets, Painting, and anything that isn't considered structural.

Looking straight ahead from the door is the pantry cabinets but you wouldn't know what they are when you enter.I'm including a layout of the front rooms and a few reference photos.

As someone who has been looking at homes in the Bay Area over the last year, the homes with original details stand out (and sell for more) among the generic flips (grey wood laminate, recessed lighting, white cabinets and subway tile and all beige bathrooms).

Does anyone know perhaps a cabinet reface or they would recommend in southern New Jersey, it’s in Williamstown NJ?

And based on feedback from open houses, I’m adding in additional pantry cabinets, for more storage.Any advice to help sell quicker or if this is typical for oaklyn area please let me know.

Kitchen and bathroom mostly... little bit of dry wall, cabinets appliances, patch paint, vanity, mirrors countertops.

  - last week we rented a dumpster and completed all demo, including kitchen cabinets, appliances, laundry room,  and main plumbing wall, and I had the old-inwall furnaces torn out.- I was able to get all the electrical wiring repaired.
