I will add spend extra time on photos and streamlining the application process.   

Planning to have some new systems in place by the end of the year that will help streamline this process and make sure I'm ordering the same things all the time...or figure out how to automate a webcrawler and identify by category the most cost effective items ever time I need to build a workorder...This second option will be a bit more complicated to implement, but I'm considering it nonetheless

In the beginning you may not need it because a goal of software is to keep everything in one place but with one E property there is little room to streamline.

Depending on your rate you could also just do a streamline refi called an IRRL and just skip the 2 payments.

@Snehanshu AsharIf you're asking whether I know of any turnkey providers or websites that streamline larger multi-family or commercial property investing, then no, I'm not aware of them.There may be some private equity groups or syndicates you can invest with if you're not interested in doing it yourself, but I don't have experience in this area either. 

Not that it was that tough, however, are goal this year is seven more houses so everything that we can streamline now will pay dividends down the road.
