If you try to convince your wife to let you put branded "We Buy Houses" stickers in the goody bags for you daughter's birthday.

If not what is the market for the highest and best use of that 49% rentable sqft and how fast can it be rented while you're holding the bag.

You could hire 4 people, 2 upstairs throwing trash out the windows, small items could be bagged. 2 people on the ground picking it up and throwing it in a dumpster.

Let it be one tool in your bag.

I started using AirBNB in lieu of a contracted rate with a "flee-bag" hotel in the loop.  

And this one drives me up a wall, and I know they are just trying to be helpful, but I can totally swing that 25-lb bag of grout.

Not my cup of tea.  

Until next week....now I have to pack my bags for a much needed vacation!

This includes (but not limited to):-Quiet Hours-What spaces can and cannot be used-Guest policy (make sure to limit days in a row and in a month)-Pet policy (even if you don't allow pets, if someone has an ESA animal, it would be good to have guidelines in the event they surprise you with one, otherwise you are SOL and of course take into consideration fair housing laws)-How is trash put in the cans (in bags, not just thrown in) and when can trash cans be taken to the street and put back-How is the late free structured (one time flat fee or a daily fee)2.

I know that I could benefit financially from people who will default again, but that strategy is not my cup of tea.
