Ted, buy everything you can today, RE, cars, boats, building materials, buy a storage business to put it all in, stock up on beans and ice cream too, it's all going to cost more later and look at the money you'll save buying today!

He never struck me as one of those typical snake oil salesmen.

I love doing home improvement and struck up a deal with him. 

If appreciation happens it is just icing on the cake.

Also look into the struck off list.

Because of the recent uptick in crime, there has a been an increase in raids conducted by OPD, CHP, FBI, and ICE.

Tim is a great guy and was my saving grace during any snow/ice event at a shopping center I managed in my past career!  

Also, if you're looking for time to spend with your family... maybe have it be an activity you do together, and make it fun (if you have kids) and get pizza or ice cream every time or every other time for something to look forward to.

Great story, the only puzzling piece is that the seller did not call you back and explain what had happened and thank you for your insight, perhaps a deal could have been struck with you, although I can see how the emotions took over and the need to punish the foolish person who called himself an investor.Let this be a leeson to anyone who is intrigued with becoming a wholesaler, learn the ropes and do things right or make a bad name for yourself and likely not make any money, just enemies.
