I struck a deal with the owner and bought it in September of 2022. 

Most of the construction workforce came from the Dominican Republic but they are now in hiding due to ICE immigration raids.

So should I just call ICE and have all of them reported and forcefully removed?

It struck me, I have been building spreadsheets about buying a new house and renting it out when we leave and what that would look like over time with different interest rates, increases in rents, new purchases, etc.
