Having been on BP for 4 years now and having had lunch and phone conversations with literally hundreds of wannabe wholesalers, the common theme is that they allow motivation and excitement to blur the reality of how difficult it is to make money as a middleman in an established industry such as real estate.The big disconnect generally is that these guys think the exact same thing you do, that great deals are plentiful and easy to acquire.

And, is this a non-profit venture or could this turn into a "product", even by others, I'm under the impression it's a freebie, which is fine and just something to help BP with.Just because I love my family doesn't mean I'd get in business with all of them.I'd entertain something getting with one or two, maybe three others maybe 5 or so and doing something, but just opening it up to the world isn't seeming like a great idea to me.I know some are interested, I will do my own thing for you, I want to contribute to the BP theme, not sure of the best way to do that. :)
