In addition, theming and pricing are also key to maximizing your ROI. 

It's the same as saying you are having a wedding and then you get with the wedding surcharge.

Then I also made a lot of newbie mistakes too like not theming as well I should have and buying properties that were way too big.

Then as a little extra bonus gave one of his daughters as a wedding present who married a dude named Carson, they got the land for the City of Carson.  

So there will HAVE to be a sizable reduction in costs / employee count for many of the theme park, dining, convention and entertainment establishments as they learn how to be profitable with fewer customers.A reduction in jobs and vacationers will put downward pressure on our local real estate values I fear.
