We had a well known syndicator speak at the Northstar Real Estate Conference last week and she’s still househacking, in Brooklyn NY.

As I have grown in my investing career I have come to realize that attending conferences and joining masterminds is necessary for continued growth.

That said, I also pony up to attend the IMN residential mortgage conferences (East and West).

I am hoping that when I start networking and attending conferences I will meet more like-minded people (like yourself).

I also read a management/leadership book a month on average so they all run together / repeat a lot of the same stuff. 

That won't happen with current leadership.

After this years VRMA conference I was appalled by every vendor in the room saying how cheap they were and that they only charge x% of your rentals.

Now we need to have the national conference!
