You didn't ask this question, but I like making money and I'm guessing you do too, so here goes - Flippers are loosing their shirts in this market, so be careful.

As a current owner, I can tell you in this business you can achieve great returns, but you have to know what you are doing or you can lose your shirt.

She expects to be able to pay the May rent by the end of May and June's rent on time because in June she will be getting more financial assistance from Medicaid and getting food stamps!  

If restrictions were in place, like with food stamps or Section 8 vouchers, it would assure that the funds are being used as intended. 

We are using the BRRRR strategy, so there's lots of liabilities, but as long as you don't show up in your best coast shirt and overpay by 25%, in my opinion OOS can be safer than investing locally when all aspects are considered.
