Cities will have to manually adjust their code if there is enough support for it to become its own housing segment - until then it's a fad like mullets.There are lots of 1960's and 70's mobile homes that are very serviceable today and in great shape.

For the right market this could be good.It would have to be intuitive for the user.in general, I’m not that interested in fad type amenities that don’t have mass appeal and add to the property value in general.

If you buy the "on sale" office building, it will cost some money to convert, but if the savings is there on the initial buy price to more than make up for it...And then let's say 5 or 10 years from now the "work from home" fad is over and offices are in demand again.
