I conformed, wish I hadn't.I say that because I'm rather a target on here, my doings, but you get some folks with insurance companies and banking assets that can be misused to obtain personal information, I've been harassed with under the radar remarks referring to my other assets, where I bank and other personal aspects made public.

Indemnity language can be very general or very restrictive and if you understand indemnity language you will see that my liability under BP's T.O.U. is ONLY for damages caused BP by me or my misuse of the site in violation of their T.O.U.

The most often seen misuse is the ROR/COC calculation.  

Nothing you mentioned here points to gross misconduct and misuse of a real estate license. 

You would not misuse that clause, but there are many potential buyers that would (as evidenced by this topic).

@Brian Ellis if there is a washer and dryer in a property when I purchase, the first thing I do is sell them on Craigslist.You may think a 3 year old appliance will last years, but they will break quickly between wear and misuse. 

Due to my ex-tenants misusing the washer and dryer, I decided to remove them.Initially, we listed the unit at $1200 (I know it's on the high end).

There had been a lot of misuse of the tax break and so the IRS reacted strongly and shut it down.
