I of course would looking for an FHA loan but with these numbers that's basically suicide! 

While shutting down some businesses and social distancing has no doubt reduced transmission, slowed the progression, and reduced the number of lives lost, the second and third order effects of all the shutdowns and isolation is taking many more lives from things such as suicide, drug overdose, alcohol abuse, delayed testing/treatment for other life-threatening conditions etc.

What's scary is if Fed decides to have 5% FR for long time, that would be suicidal, so i'm ok with the waiting game rather than speculating lol.

Some on this forum want to demonstrate their manhood by doing things that are potential financial suicide.

I stopped buying occupied homes at auction years ago just because of this  3 suicide attempts and one successful will kind of dampen your enthusiasm.. not to mention people are nuts these days.. you could go to the door and it could turn physically violent.
