I work from home, so I don't go out for coffee or food (except for pizza Friday's)I buy work dresses on Amazon for like $30But I am very aware of my time and outsource many thingsfavorite purchase this year was my robot vacuum I take 6-8 weeks off for vacation a year and don't cheap out on itI get massages twice a month because it relaxes me and makes me happyIt is all about balance.

And i will agree to eventual reordering of economic strata including paper money, how we work, who will own the robots that do all the labor etc.Near term our country (and money) is simply less bad (less debt) than all other major economies, which will add support to the dollar in the actionable future.More likely is all the debt will act to curb economic growth, kinda like a train going uphill, more debt increases the pith of the hill we have to climb and ultimately reaches a point where we cannot move ahead at all.Thats when the big war starts

but I knew that between the robotics and other stuff I could not figure out what you mean.. your a driven dude.. and I was one of the first to give you a little bit of tough love.. but once you cracked the code your a winner.. but then again you would win at any sales and marketing you just happened to chose real estate.

(Attention BP investors in that niche, a robotic garage would be great here, call me ) There's a few prime spots left for commercial type buildings (mixed use) but it's a hot market here,and the rental and SFR, MFR market is super tight, so from investment standpoint, it's ideal.
