You can't cashflow a 4-5 cap multifamily unless you own most or all of it.

If you pull all of your money back out, you invite back some or all of that risk.No one starts in this business planning to get foreclosed on, but it still happens. 

If  their answers don't align with your expectations, then you most likely could consider them to be an inadequate fit for your rental property.
