@Susan Kang Twenty years of managing on your own is a big deal, and it makes sense that you’re feeling burned out.Maybe instead of giving everything up, you bring in a part-time assistant to help get things organized.

Of course a lot of factors will play into this, but if you are offering a great house, at a great price, then coming with a lower price could very well create a bidding war to drive up the price.
