I invited some BP Bloggers (including Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner) to speak out our meetups virtually and in the process, was able to make some great connections.I've also helped other investors by providing 'consulting.'

We now have over +300 members ^^ We've also had active BP bloggers like @Brandon Turner & even @Joshua Dorkin, CEO of BP, attend out meetups as virtual guests.We meet about once a month in Seoul.

It seems a recurring theme that networking is key to finding deals outside the MLS among those listed by @Ronald Allen Barney I've heard RE bloggers, those with website bios, those participating in forums such as this, and in person discussions as being ways in which people get to know you and begin to develop a sense of who you are, so later they may think of you when something comes across their desk.
