Wondering if anyone has had success with this and if anyone could provide good insight on how difficult it is to keep all of the rooms rented and any issues with having the amenity spaces being shared between 5 different folks.We live 20 minutes south of Seattle, 25 minutes north of Tacoma and have 5 hospitals all within a 30 minute drive us.

A couple of months building the fab, a couple more in training.Unfortunately the TSMC sight in Arizona is going slower, some labor disputes & permitting issues.The gigafactory was a little over 2 yesterday start to production.I've worked on a lot of automation updating over the years and while sometimes employees lose jobs, many times I've seen employees learn more valuable tasks like running and maintaining the machines.I'm a proponent of American manufacturing.Now....if I could just get an American truck that would run as many miles as my Tacoma has, currently 317k with no repairs.Getting the factory up is less than half the battle.
