I know that SOTA & TRA are experiencing delays as well

In town students (ga Tech, GSU, Morehouse, Spelman, CAU) are always looking for houses but we all know students aren't long term tenants.

He the rents them to mostly welfare individuals getting Temporary Rental Assistance (TRA) through the state, it pays 100% of the rent including  the deposit.  

It includes parcel number, Tax Rate Area ( TRA ), Assessed Value,( Land, Improvements, Personal Property ) Property Owners Name, PropertyAddress, Exemption information, current tax bill status and additional data.II.

A prospective tenant asked me if I'm OK with TRA.

SECTION 8 & TRA all day unless you are in Ironbound where you can get good rent but will pay double.

You can hire VA's drect for less than $10/hour, but who will traing them and cover their learning mistakes?
