I don't see AI pounding nails, or repairing a high wire power line....maybe taking fast food orders....but not flipping the burgers.

If they don't re-up, can you re-purpose the building (eg burger places will almost always stay burger places),  You're prob paying more than FMV on $/SqFt since it is income-generating.
