I rent houses only and only provide hookups. half the time renters have their own machines, so that's the position i've taken.

There are several laundry venders that will put their machines in  your building,  cover repairs and collect money and split the income. 

The city of Chicago is a machine and you need to know how to play the game.

what if you spent the next 10 weekends spending the weekend in each one, meeting their people, drinking their coffee, and seeing what you think?

Deep pocket guys buying up little tilt ups owned by small family type manufacturers....machine shops, print shops etc.

As long as there are things in place to "feed the machine", flips can be a steady stream of income.

I’d also see if they know a local “runner,”  someone who can handle random issues like dropping off a replacement coffee maker or meeting a contractor.From Hawaiʻi, managing is very doable — I’ve seen it work well as long as you treat it like building a mini-business.
